Streetwise Opera is an award-winning charity that uses music to help people make positive changes in their lives. Working with people who have experienced homelessness and those who are at risk of homelessness we run workshop programmes across England, stage critically- acclaimed operas, and manage With One Voice; an international arts/homelessness movement.
We are now seeking a dynamic Programme Producer to work in our central London office.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced producer of live arts and will have a passion for working with people from all walks of life. They will be responsible for running our national workshop programme, producing productions and performances, and will line manage a team of regional and freelance staff.
This is an exciting and diverse role which involves: developing our strategy to help homeless people change their lives through music; contributing to artistic planning for performances; managing logistics for productions; developing and maintaining relationships with our partners (arts and homelessness organisations); managing multiple budgets, timelines and targets; and overseeing our regional workshop programmes.
