Book for the emanate showcase, Oxford
5 March 2018
emanate is supported by Arts Council England and by OTM with further support from Oxford City Council Culture Fund.
It is a chance for you to see work from six diverse and exciting professional theatre companies in one place in one day and to network with industry colleagues known and new. We already have some thirty delegates signed up from professional venues and touring networks around the country, producers and ACE.
The six presenting companies represent some of the most fresh and original theatre across Oxfordshire and were chosen by a panel of venue chief execs and programmers. They are: Mandala Theatre Company, UnderConstruction Theatre, Justice in Motion, Kuumba Nia Arts, Chris Michael Company and Human Story Theatre.
Their work encompasses physical theatre, visual theatre, dance, work with social justice and social care at its heart, contemporary themes, real life stories - and darn good theatre. All the companies are committed to audience development and work closely with venues and local organisations to engage audiences. All work is ready to tour from Autumn 2018.
More information on the companies is attached.
